Auburn University Baseball

Auburn baseball has been crowned champion of the SEC Tournament 3 times since 1978. The team has made 4 College World Series appearances, 16 NCAA Regional appearances, and 21 All-American honors.

Auburn baseball has produced 171 players that have been selected in the MLB draft since 1965. Furthermore, Auburn has had at least one player selected in the last 37-consecutive MLB drafts, tying them for the second-longest streak in the SEC.

The Auburn Tigers have had 28 players move to the big times and play major league ball. Auburn's all-time MLB roster includes players such as one of the newest Hall of Fame inductees Frank Thomas (DH, Chicago White Sox), Tim Hudson (RHP, Atlanta), Clete Thomas (RF, Detroit), Chris Bootcheck (RHP, Pittsburg), and David Ross (C, Boston) to name a few.
